For customized cakes and products, cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started.

2. Refunds

Refunds may be considered when:

– An order is cancelled before preparation begins.

– We are unable to fulfil the confirmed order.

– You receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part.

– The product arrives damaged due to an issue that occurred before delivery.

The refund amount and eligibility will depend on the specific circumstances of the order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We may request photographs or other details to verify the issue.

After reviewing the complaint, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

4. Customized Cakes

Customized cakes are prepared according to the customer’s requirements. Once preparation has started, refunds or cancellations may not be available because ingredients, materials, and preparation time have already been used.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

– Change of mind after an order has been prepared.

– Incorrect information provided by the customer.

– Failure to collect or receive an order at the agreed time or location.

– Damage caused after the product has been received by the customer.

– Customized products where preparation has already started.

If a refund is approved, we will communicate the refund process and expected timeframe. The time required for the refund may depend on the payment method or financial service provider.
